April Fool's Day
Event Title: LAMPS

(A social group for widows and widowers
We meet monthly the first Tuesday at 11:30 am at the church.)

Next meeting Tuesday, December 4, at 11:30 in Runquist Hall.
Christmas is love - a time to worship Jesus and a time for friends and food.
We will enjoy a festive afternoon to greet the Christmas holiday.
The party will include finger foods, provided by all attending, cookies
and ice cream, hot cider and coffee.
We will have a cookie exchange.
Each one will bring 2 dozen or more cookies
so everyone can have a choice of treats to take home.

Reservations have been made for the Christmas Concert at Sierra College on Sunday December 16. We will car pool from the church at 1 PM.

Members will receive a phone call prior to the meeting.
Rides can be arranged through your callers.

Event Title: Prayer Ministry
Tuesday, April 1, 2008
Time: 7:00 PM PST

Our group meeting is held the first Tuesday of each month from 7-8 pm at the church.

We had an early start on the holiday season by worshipping Father, Son and Holy Spirit at the Prayer Vigil. Give yourself the gift of spending more time in God's word this Christmas. Give the gift of prayer - pray for each person on your shopping list and let them know it too.
Pray as you address each Christmas card envelope.

Mark your calendars for The Healing Ministry Seminar - January 25 & 26, 2008.
This will be taught by Pastor Dan Prout
who presented the Prayer Seminar earlier this year.
Please continue using the blue prayer cards to place prayer
requests in the offering plate
or the Prayer Box in the Narthex.

Our church focus for December is for Music Ministry - Choir Director, Organist, Choir Members, Praise Team, Instrumentalists, Sound/Audio Personnel. Call Shirley at 961-6425 for additional info.
